1. The work

Royal Dixie will film a real-pack test of [Product] in a household of six Standard Poodles in Vancleave, Mississippi. The test is honest. A positive review is not guaranteed. Safety issues can stop a job before it posts.

2. Deliverables

Live-in test window for durability items

Organic TikTok usage for 60 days

Ship the Product to Vancleave, MS 39565. Standard turnaround is 10–14 days after arrival unless rush is purchased.

3. Fee

Total fee: $250. Paid ads not included. Raw footage not included. Rush not included. Spark: No Spark.

Invoice issues when the video is posted or the MP4 is delivered. Brand pays within 7 days. Product is not payment. A sample, Alliance Center request, or free gate does not replace this fee unless this paper says the job is sample-for-Shop-post and the fee line is $0 — and even then, raw, extra stills, and Brand-channel ads still require a written add-on.

4. The six license terms

Platforms. Organic TikTok on @royaldixiepoodles. Brand may repost that same video on Brand’s own organic social with credit.
Duration. 60 days from the post date. When the window ends, use stops unless renewed in writing.
Paid advertising. No. Organic only. Spark, boosting, whitelisting, and paid ads are not granted.
Edits. Crops, subtitles, and cutdowns for the licensed platforms are fine. Full re-edits from raw only if raw is purchased above.
Territory. United States.
Fee. As stated in section 3. Copyright stays with Royal Dixie. Brand receives a license, not ownership.

5. Not included unless this paper says yes

Raw footage or extra hooks
Extra stills beyond one cover frame from the video
Paid ads, Spark Ads, boosting, or whitelisting
Amazon, websites, email, TV, or any platform not named below
Exclusivity or a category hold
More than one revision on hook or caption

6. Credit

If Brand posts licensed content, Brand credits @royaldixiepoodles / Royal Dixie Poodles on that post.

7. Honesty, disclosure, safety

Royal Dixie will not fake a rave, make veterinary or medical claims, or hide a paid or gifted relationship. Disclosure stays on screen at least three seconds and first in the caption. Brand warrants the Product is legal to sell, not recalled, and reasonably safe for large dogs. Royal Dixie may decline or stop a test for safety. Durability items get a 5–10 day live-in window.

8. Cancellation

Before the Product ships, either party may cancel at no fee. After arrival and before posting or delivery, Brand pays 50% of the fee. After posting or MP4 delivery, the fee is earned in full.

9. Independent contractors

Royal Dixie is not Brand’s employee. No exclusive category hold unless this is a Pack Lab retainer that says so.

10. Law

State of Mississippi law. Venue in Jackson County, Mississippi. This is the entire agreement. Changes must be in writing (email counts). If one section is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
